研究室紹介

Through efforts combining informatics, computation, and biology, we conduct comprehensive studies on zoonotic pathogens. Research in this lab is intended to establish strategies to predict and prevent the occurrence and epidemic spread of zoonoses. Current research topics include the prediction of antigenic changes of influenza A viruses, phylogenetic analysis on pathogens, and statistical analysis of epidemiological data and experimental results.
