Oct 19 ERASMUS MUNDUS Mobility Program in Europe Information Event

Outline:
Hokkaido University will host the ERASMUS MUNDUS Mobility Program in Europe Information Event (co-organized by The Delegation of the European Commission to Japan and sponsored by the Sapporo International Communication Plaza Foundation). ERASMUS MUNDUS is a mobility program in Europe that provides joint masters and doctoral programs (Action 1) and partnerships with non-European Union higher education institutions (Action 2). The program has offered scholarships and grants to students and academics since the start of the program in 2004. From Japan, seven universities including the University of Tokyo, Kyoto University, and Osaka University currently participate in the program as partners. The number of Japanese universities participating in the program is expected to rise in the future. In this information event, the following speakers will present a summary of the program and share experiences as educator or student participant:
