Ｑ１		I have several e-mail accounts. Which one should I use?
Ａ１		For Staff: Register an e-mail address you use regularly, e.g., cell phone, smartphone, and tablet type device, etc. For Students: Your e-mail address is already registered via Web Registration System (ELMS), or Contact Information Sheet if you do not have access to Web Registration System (ELMS). YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHYING TO REGISTER.

Ｑ２		I don’t know my password
Ａ２		For Staff: Check your default password here (Internal Use Only). Be sure to change your password on first login. If you have changed your default password and forgotten it, please e-mail anpi@general.hokudai.ac.jp After we initialize the password, you can reset a new one. FOR STUDENTS, YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS IS ALREADY REGISTERED.

Ｑ３		I haven’t received a e-mail.
Ａ３	●	Make sure e-mail address you entered is correct. Re-enter a correct e-mail address if needed.
	●	Check your junk mail folder and junk mail filtering settings. Change the settings if you need to:
		A) Add the email address “hokkaido-university@anpi.general.hokudai.ac.jp” to your safe list.
		B) Allow emails containing URLs.

Ｑ４		I want to change my e-mail address.
Ａ４		For Staff: Register again with a new e-mail address. It will replace your old address. For Students: Change your e-mail address on Web Registration System (ELMS). It will be reflected on Safety Confirmation System in the following month. *Please speak with Academic Affairs Office of your affiliated school if you do NOT have access to Web Registration System (ELMS).

Ｑ５		I want to delete my e-mail address registration (for staff).
Ａ５		If you wish to delete your e-mail address, please send a request to the contact person (anpi [at] general.hokudai.ac.jp) with your name and staff ID in the e-mail. If you lose your status at the University due to resignation, graduation, etc., your e-mail address will be automatically deleted.

Ｑ６		I am working part-time at HU. Can I register?
Ａ６		Yes. Follow the same registration method as university staff. If you are unable to login, please e-mail anpi@general.hokudai.ac.jp

Ｑ７		I cannot access the URL to register my e-mail address from my feature phone (commonly called flip phone/garakei). I cannot access the URL on safety confirmation e-mail I have received on my feature phone (commonly called flip phone/garakei).
Ａ７		Safety Confirmation System uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Some feature phones may be unable to access a web page with an updated SSL. certificate.
