●For ALL Undergraduate Students, and Graduate Students registered with our Web Registration System (ELMS):
Your e-mail address on Web Registration System (ELMS) is registered on Safety Confirmation System.

To change your e-mail address, update your e-mail address on Web Registration System (ELMS). It will automatically be reflected on Safety Confirmation System in the following month.


●For Students who are NOT registered with Web Registration System (ELMS) including Graduate Students and Non-Degree Seeking Students:
Your e-mail address on Contact Information Sheet is registered on Safety Confirmation System.

To change your e-mail address, submit an updated Contact Information Sheet to Academic Affairs Office of your affiliated school. It will automatically be reflected on Safety Confirmation System in the following month.
