新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響による保護者等の家計の悪化などから、令和２年７月３１日（金）の納付期限までに前期授業料の一括納付が困難である者に対し、次のとおり分割納付を実施します。
１．申請対象者
本学に在籍している正規生（大学院生・学部生・留学生を含む）のうち、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響で、保護者等の家計の悪化などから令和２年７月３１日（金）の納付期限までに前期授業料の一括納付が困難である者
※令和２年度前期分授業料減免申請者、徴収猶予申請者及び長期履修学生を除く。
２．分割納付の回数及び納付額
７月及び８月の２回とする。
前期授業料額２６７，９００円を１３３，９５０円×２回の納付とする。
３．申請方法
分割納付を希望する者は、保護者等と十分相談するとともに、４に掲げる事項をメール本文に記載の上、所属学部等から指示された提出先に送信すること（学部1年生には別途ELMSメールにて連絡します：6月1日中）。
４．申請に必要な事項
・学生番号
・学生氏名
・分割納付を希望する理由（具体的に記入:200字程度）
５．申請受付期間
令和２年６月１日（月）～６月８日（月）１７時

Hokkaido University will receive applications of "Payment of tuition fee by installment for the first semester 2020" if the income of the payer(mainly student's parents) has dropped since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and cannot pay the tuition fee by the due date.
1.Who can apply?
-Degree seeking students (undergraduate students/graduate students/international students)
-Who cannot pay their tuition fee for the first semester 2020 by Friday, July 31th
-Who is not an applicant for the tuition fee exemption and/or a grace of the tuition fee for the first semester 2020
-Who is not registered to the "Extending the period of Registration System(Long term study)"
２．How to pay the tuition fee?
-Pay twice (July and August, 2020)
-Pay 133,950 JPY/time (total 267,900 JPY)
３．How to apply？
-Please consult with your payer of the tuition
-Send the items on 4. by E-mail to the e-mail address which is designated by your school/graduate school. For the first year students (Freshman), we will notify you through ELMS mail on Monday, June 1st.
