文部科学省より学生支援緊急給付事業（学生等の学びを継続するための緊急給付金）の三次募集の案内がありました。
この事業は、今般の新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により経済的な困難を抱える学生等に対し、支給対象となる学生等には一律10万円の現金給付の支援を行うものです。
本学では以下のとおり申請受付を行います。
１.申請対象者：
原則は現時点で本学に在籍している正規学生（大学院生・学部生・留学生を含む）のうち、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により、世帯収入・アルバイト収入の大幅な減少が生じ、大学での修学の継続が困難になっている者
※原則として、家庭から自立してアルバイト収入で学費を賄っていること、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響でその収入が減少していること、既存の支援制度を活用しても学費等の支出が困難であることが条件となります。
※同時に二以上の大学等に在学する（例えば、Ａ大学に在籍しつつＢ大学の通信課程にも在籍する）ときは、いずれか一つの大学等（大学設置基準第43条に規定する共同教育課程に在籍する場合は本籍を置く大学）に申請してください。
※支給対象者の要件①～⑤を全て満たす者のみが申請対象者となります。申請の手引き（学生・生徒用）の「５ 支給対象者の要件（基準）」をよくご確認ください。
※申請内容に虚偽があった場合は返金していただきます。加えて懲戒処分の対象となる可能性もありますので正確にご記載ください。
※一次・二次募集において給付を受けた者、また、日本学生支援機構の給付奨学金を令和３年１２月１０日に受給している者については、すでに支給済みですので三次募集の対象外です。
２．支給金額：
一律10万円
３．支援人数：ELMS掲示板及びELMSメールによりご確認ください。
４．申請受付期間：

③銀行通帳の表紙をめくった１ページ目のコピー（見開き）注１）

注１）ゆうちょ銀行の場合は、口座名義、記号、番号、その他の銀行の場合は、口座名義、支店番号、口座番号、金融機関名が記載されているページです。なお、Web通帳をご使用の方は、各種情報が確認出来るものをご提出ください。
６．申請方法：
①「申請の手引き（学生・生徒用）」を熟読の上、まずGoogleフォームで必要事項を入力する。
②入力完了後、「送信完了画面」を保存あるいは印刷のうえ保管する。
③入力したフォームと同じ内容で様式１・２を作成して印刷する。その後署名欄に直筆（ボールペン）で自署し、必要書類と併せて「４．申請受付期間」にあるいずれかの方法で提出する。
３月１５日（火）１７時までにフォーム入力が完了し、かつ必要書類が提出された申請のみを受け付けます。

８．本学からの被推薦者の決定
3月下旬頃にELMS掲示版にてお知らせします（予定）。
９．支給決定の通知
金額は文部科学省（日本学生支援機構）からの本人口座への振込みをもって、支給決定の通知に代えます（時期未定）。

There has been an announcement from The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology regarding the project "Student Emergency Aid for Continuance of Studies" and Hokkaido University is now accepting second round of applications.
With students experiencing an economic impact on their lifestyles due to reductions in household income or income from part-time work because of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the program will provide those who face difficulties continuing their studies at their university with a cash handout (100,000 yen) so that they will not be forced to abandon their studies.
Hokkaido University will accept your application by following the steps below.
１．Eligible Students
As a general rule, eligible students are:
Hokkaido University regular students （graduate students, undergraduate students and international students）who are enrolled in the university at this moment in time.
Among those, Hokkaido University regular students who have difficulty to continue their studies because their part-time job income or family income was severely affected by the influence of Covid-19.
※As a general rule, the following conditions must be met:
・The student who is independent from his/her family and cover the tuition fee by his/her part time job income.
・The part-time job income which cover the tuition fee has been decreased by the influence of Covid-19.
・The student who has difficulty paying the tuition even after seeking all the existing support system available.
※Recipients must fulfill criteria ①～⑤.

② After submitting Google form, please save the transmission completion screen, print it out and keep it for your record.
③ Fill out Form 1 and Form 2 (Fill in the same answer as the Google Form) and print them out. Your signature (use a black ballpoint pen) is required on Form 2. Then submit all documents within "4. Submission Period" either to the window or by mail.
※ In order to apply for Student Emergency Aid for Continuance of Studies, you must do both (1) online registration and (2) submitting the application documents by March 15th, 17:00.

8．Screening result
The result of screening will be notified on ELMS by the end of March. (Provisional schedule)
9．Bank transfer from JASSO
Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) will make the payment of the student emergency aid to the bank account of the student, and this is how you know your application was accepted. (Schedule unknown)
