学生の安否情報について(Inquiries Regarding Student Safety Information)

 地震発生以降,学生の安否確認を行っています。大学からの安否確認システムからの連絡メールに返信されていない学生,または同メールが本学から届いていない学生におかれましては,至急所属の担当窓口に安否情報を報告してください。
 また、このたびの地震にともない,在籍学生または家計支持者の方々で被害に遭われた場合は,所属の担当窓口に併せて情報提供をお願いします。

 Inquiries Regarding Student Safety Information
Since the Hokkaido Eastern Iburi Earthquake happened on 6 September 2018, Hokkaido University has been seeking to confirm the safety of all students. Students who have not replied to the urgent e-mail from the university to report their safety status, and students who have not received such e-mails are requested to immediately contact their faculties/schools and report their status.
In addition, students or their supporters (the persons responsible for the payment of students’ educational expenses) who have suffered from material damages to their properties due to the Earthquake are also requested to report their circumstances to relevant faculties/schools.
